We have managed to negotiate the  ‘arrival at least 8 hours ahead of pre-ride vetting’ rule for the 2* and 3* horses. Horse arrival times are confirmed as follows:

FEI 2 * and 3 * horses:
Must arrive between 0800-1200hrs on Friday 15th August

FEI 1 * horses
Must arrive between 0800-1800hrs on Friday 15th August 
Or 
From 0500hrs on Saturday 16th August

National Horses:
Must arrive between 1200-1800hrs on Friday 15th August 
Or
From 0500hrs on Saturday 16th August

Absolutely NO horse arrivals after 1800hrs on Friday 15th August!

Health Check on Arrival

All horses must be checked by Tom Eaton-Evans on arrival, who will be positioned by the stables. Please take your horse straight to Tom on arrival with the passport. National horses must have a temperature chart with them and FEI horses must have filled in the temp records on the FEI app.

Vaccinations

All horses attending must have a valid flu vaccination course and must have had a booster within 6 months and 21 days of the event, according to FEI rules.
